Refund Policy

At Sacred Humidor, we aim to provide the highest quality products and customer satisfaction; this Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are processed.


1. Eligibility for Refunds: Cigars purchased by the box or bundle (20 cigars or more) are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping charges, provided they meet the specified conditions.


2. Conditions for Returns: All returns must be pre-authorized via email at sacredhumidor@gmail.com and must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Photo evidence of damaged cigars must be provided via email.


3. Eligible Products: Only cigars that are returned in their original condition, uncut, and unsmoked are eligible for refunds. Damaged products must be reported and documented with photographic evidence.


4. Requesting a Refund or Return: To initiate a refund or return, please email us at sacredhumidor@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process.


5. Non-Refundable Items: Cigars that have been cut or smoked are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.


6. Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all refund or return requests.


7. Fees: A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returned items. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the returned items and verifying their condition.


9. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for cigars of equal value if the returned product meets our return criteria.


10. Issuance of Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or provided as store credit, based on customer preference.
