2. Shipping Rates: Standard Shipping: $5.70; Expedited Shipping: $10.45.

3. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.

4. Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 6pm EST will be processed for same-day shipping. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

5. Handling Shipping Delays or Lost Packages: In the event of shipping delays or lost packages, we will promptly communicate with the affected customers and provide updates on the status of their shipment.

6. Tracking Information: We provide tracking information for all shipments to ensure you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

7. Shipping Destinations: We ship within the United States and its territories, including APO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping.

8. Shipping to PO Boxes or Military Addresses: Shipments to PO boxes and military addresses must be sent via USPS.

9. Handling Large or Bulky Items: Large or bulky items may require additional processing time and may take up to 8 business days for delivery.
